Children's Book
Week, sponsored by The Children's Book Council, is an annual
event that encourages the enjoyment of reading for young people.
Come to the Library and find the books that grab you, that inspire
you, that make you laugh. Then cast a vote for your favorite!
Make your voice heard with the first-ever Children's
Choice Book Awards. Click here
to find the books trying to win your approval. Then tell us which was
your favorite by voting.
A Children's Choice Book Award will be given to the winner in each age
group on May 13, 2008, during Children's Book Week.

For 2 & 3 year olds
accompanied by an adult.
Session A: Tuesdays at 10:00 am
Session B: Wednesdays at 10:00 am
Preschool
Storytime
For 4 to 6 year olds
comfortable attending
unaccompanied.
Tuesdays at 1:30 pm
Combo
Storytime
For 2 ½ to 6 year olds.
Wednesdays at 11:00 am
There will be
no Storytimes the week of April 20th.
Registration for Spring Storytimes ended
April 4, 2008. Programs are open to Verona residents or current paid non-resident
card holders (sorry, ReBL cards are not eligible).
If you decide no to attend after registering, please let us
know. Please inform us if there are dates you cannot
attend.
