Release Stress and Tension with Meditation
Certified Reiki Practitioner Anne Shields will lead classes on relaxation and meditation. Anne will introduce techniques to leave you feeling calm and relaxed. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and blanket.
Knit, crochet or sew clothing and accessories that will be distributed to Oasis Women’s Shelter in Paterson, NJ. Warm someone’s day with your own creation!
Materials will be provided, but yarn donations are welcome.
