Dig into the hidden secrets of strength and stability! In this hands-on program, students will design, build, and test their own popsicle stick bridges while uncovering how real-world structures stand the test of time. Through creative problem-solving and a bit of engineering exploration, participants will discover what makes bridges strong—and see if their own designs can hold up! Ages 8 and up.

The library’s Safe Child Policy states that children through age 6 must have a responsible adult caregiver within sight and conversation distance at all times. Children through 4th grade must have a responsible adult caregiver inside the library at all times. Students currently in 5th grade and up may visit the library without an adult and are responsible for following the library’s Code of Conduct.
