Chair Yoga on Zoom
Fridays at 11:00 am
This yoga class will include gentle movement to increase strength and flexibility, breath work to relax the body, and meditation to relax the mind–all without getting on or off the floor! Please wear comfortable clothes and have a sturdy chair ready.
Instructor Penny Prosperi is a 500-hour certified yoga and meditation teacher. For over 18 years, Penny has been bringing yoga and meditation to people of all ages in the local area. Her classes encourage an atmosphere of learning, relaxation, support and humor to assist people in finding new possibilities in their yoga practice.
