ESTATE PLANNING BASICS

Learn about the importance of estate planning and about how to ensure your future well-being by having the proper documents in place. In this webinar, elder law attorneys Jackie Yarmo, Esq., and Lauren Marinaro, Esq., will discuss how careful planning today can avert a crisis tomorrow for you and your loved ones. They will address such topics as:

• Isn’t estate planning only for the elderly or wealthy? (No!)
• Do I need a trust? (Maybe!)
• Does disability impact how I plan? (Yes!)

Jackie and Lauren will also answer your questions and examine the difference between probate/non-probate assets as well as the particular considerations for people in second marriages or blended families. We hope you can join us!
