Insect in Amber Slime

June 25 @ 4:00 pm - 4:45 pm

Step into a world of prehistoric wonder with our “Insect in Amber Slime” program! Inspired by ancient fossils trapped in amber, kids will create their own gooey, golden slime while embedding a “prehistoric” insect inside. Along the way, participants will learn how real insects were preserved for millions of years and why amber is such a fascinating window into the past. This hands-on, slightly squishy activity is the perfect blend of science, creativity, and fun—sure to spark curiosity and a little messy excitement! Ages 5 and up.
