Roots & Reads
June 29 @ 4:00 pm - 4:45 pm

Join the Verona Public Library and the Community Garden for a fun and hands-on 5-week gardening workshop series for young learners and their families! Each session will bring stories to life with garden-themed read-alouds, followed by time in the garden where participants will plant, explore, and care for growing plants. Along the way, we’ll enjoy creative activities, nature-based crafts, and plenty of opportunities to dig in the dirt and discover how things grow.
This engaging series nurtures curiosity, encourages a love of reading, and helps children connect with nature and their community—one seed at a time!
Registration required.
