Join us every Thursday on Zoom for this special class led by instructor Leena Kalle.
This class is designed for seniors and others to help increase:
- Muscle tone
- Flexibility
- Balance
- Strength & Endurance
All using easy-to-follow movements. Find a quiet location free from distractions and noise. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
You will need:
- A chair (with or without arms)
- Hand-held weights OR weighted balls OR two full bottles of water (16 fl. oz.)
- Bring a smile to class!
