Library Card Registration/Renewal
Please fill out the application below and a staff member will be in touch when your library card number and PIN is ready. You may also use this to renew or update your card. Please be sure to upload photos/scans of identification that establishes your name and Verona residency.
Acceptable forms of identification:
- Valid NJ Driver’s license with Verona address.
-OR-
- Two pieces of ID: Photo identification plus an official document from the current month with Verona address (such as a utility bill).
Any resident, taxpayer, or student of Verona is eligible to obtain a library card with no charge. Anyone 18 years and older may apply directly. Parents or guardians of children age 5 – 18 may apply for their child. Responsibility for reading, listening and viewing by minors rests with their parents or local guardians. The Library recognizes this right, and does not act in loco parentis. Please bring photo ID when you come to pick up your card.
Replace a Library Card
If you lose your library card, just bring in your ID or proof of address and we will issue a replacement card (replacement cards cost $1.00).
