The Verona Public Library will refund money paid for lost materials if the items are returned to the library within one month of payment. A full refund will be given if the original payment for the lost materials was made by cash or check. The library will subtract from the refund any company transaction fees associated with a payment made by credit card. The emailed receipt of the credit card payment must be submitted to the library as proof of payment in order for the refund to be issued.
Refunds will be paid by check and will require a signed voucher.
No refunds will be issued for overdue fines paid by credit card.
